It has been a rough winter and there is going to be plenty of things to fix and repair your home. Lawns have to be fertilized, gardens have to be turned over, you may have to re-attach a gutter or downspout. While you're looking up don't forget to look at your electric service entrance cables. Thing can and do happen to them from time to time. In this photo the anchor bolt was improperly installed and pulled loose from the house. All the weight of the cables is now dependent on the clamps that are attached live wires that are strapped to the house. This is a job for an electrician and your local utility to repair IMMEDIATELY. When these cables pull loose from the house (and they will) they will be live and dangerous. Contact with any wires that are down will cause electrocution and death.
